Voting Question: Special Marriage Act address proof problem?

Dear Sir, I am a Hindu Boy and My Fiance is Muslim.I want to marry her.She lives in Faizabad ,Uttar Pardesh and I live in Bangalore, Karnataka but belong to Patna Bihar.We have the problem of address proof?we both have the address proof of our home.But not of Bangalore.She is not living in Bangalore.She can only once come for marriage only.I have not any address proof of Bangalore? what should I do?when I consult the marriage office,they have told me that u must require Ration card,telephone bill,passport,driving license.Other address proof will not work.I have only a bank account in State bank of India which I have just opened 10 days ago.Can anyone help me in this regard?Is her presence also required at the time of filing the application for marriage?She can come only at the time of registration.My no is 8762871637....
